In 2009 I adapted the screenplay, produced and directed the first ever school's feature film 'Far From The Madding Crowd' based on the novel by Thomas Hardy using a cast of student actors aged between 11 and 18.

'Far from the Madding Crowd ' achieved unprecedented success with DVDs being sent all over the world. A premiere was given in Leicester Square curtesy of CNN news and hosted by Mylene Klass  and there was coverage on BBC TV and Radio. Ben Jones who played Francis (Frank) Troy is now known as Ben Hardy. He played Peter Beale in Eastenders, Angel in The X Men movie and Roger Taylor in Bohemian Rhapsody AND more.
